Do I have to follow a strict diet?It depends on your definition of a strict diet. I will create a customized plan by incorporating your favorite foods by making them lower in calories and higher in protein. This way, you can enjoy the foods you love while still making progress. If cooking isn’t your thing, don’t worry—I’ll provide a list of healthier options from your favorite restaurants, so you can stick to your goals without sacrificing convenience or flavor.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?Yes, I'm here to help you every step of the way; you don't need to contact customer service or any other third parties to get in touch with someone. We will have regular check-ins and phone calls whenever you'd like.
